M.A.L.E. - Meet the Aesthetic and Longevity Experts is an international congress dedicated to aesthetic medicine, longevity and regenerative medicine. Each year we bring renowned doctors, trainers and researchers from around the world to Romania, alongside Romanian specialists, for a few days where science, practice and experience come together.
Medicine at the highest level
Medical education is at the heart of M.A.L.E. - Meet the Aesthetic and Longevity Experts. The programme combines scientific presentations on the latest trends and technologies with live demonstrations, where participants see step by step how the experts work, and hands-on workshops in small groups. Every doctor goes home with protocols and techniques they can apply in their practice right away.
The topics cover everything modern aesthetic medicine stands for: injectables and facial harmonisation, regenerative medicine, the prevention of ageing and longevity, with applications in dermatology, aesthetic gynaecology and plastic surgery. Alongside the congress itself we organise dedicated masterclasses and workshops led by internationally renowned specialists.
The story behind the congress
M.A.L.E. - Meet the Aesthetic and Longevity Experts was founded by Dr. Cristina Muntean, Vice President of the International Society of Aesthetic Medicine. Through M.A.L.E. - Meet the Aesthetic and Longevity Experts, Dr. Muntean wants to raise international interest in Romania and show how much our country has to offer.
That is where the idea came from: a medical event of international standing that is, at the same time, an invitation to discover Romania. We want the doctors, partners and guests who come to the congress to leave wanting to return – as tourists, or as investors who see in Romania a country with highly skilled people, spectacular places and plenty of opportunities.
Every year, a different exceptional location
That is why M.A.L.E. - Meet the Aesthetic and Longevity Experts has no fixed home. Every year we choose a different exclusive location that showcases Romania, so that each edition is an experience in its own right:
- 2025 – Bran Castle: hands-on workshops in Timișoara, the conference in Brașov and an unforgettable themed evening at Bran Castle, one of Romania's best-known landmarks.
- 2025 – Rejuvenation Workshop, Timișoara: a regenerative medicine masterclass with three advanced workshops in dermatology, gynaecology and plastic surgery.
- 2026 – Palace of the Parliament, Bucharest: three days of congress in one of the most impressive buildings in the world, under the theme “The Future of Regeneration”.
- 2027 – Black Sea Royale, Constanța: the next edition takes us to the Black Sea coast, on 7–8 May 2027.
More than a conference
M.A.L.E. - Meet the Aesthetic and Longevity Experts is also about the people you meet. Between sessions, over dinners and at the evening events, doctors from Romania and abroad find friends, collaborators and partners. Partner companies present their newest products and technologies and, through scholarships, support doctors' attendance at the congress and the workshops.
The organiser
The congress is organised by Dr. Cristina Muntean through her company HYLUXMED DOCTORS S.R.L. (CUI 50890150), with the support of the partner companies that make each edition possible.
Even though the event is organised through a limited company, our goal is not to make a profit from M.A.L.E. - Meet the Aesthetic and Longevity Experts. What we raise from tickets and sponsorships goes into organising the congress, bringing top speakers and creating the best experience for participants.
