The 2027 edition of the M.A.L.E. - Meet the Aesthetic and Longevity Experts congress, Black Sea Royale, announces its first speakers: Dr. Cristina Muntean (Romania), Dr. Sol Tapia (Ecuador), Dr. Anoob Pakkar-Hull (United Kingdom), and Dr. Diego Araya Bruna (Chile). A Vision and the People Who Made It Possible

It all started with an idea from Dr. Cristina Muntean: an international aesthetic medicine congress organized in Romania, bringing the world's best doctors here and showcasing a different beautiful corner of the country each year. Initially, it was just a dream.

Dr. Sol Tapia, Dr. Anoob Pakkar-Hull, and Dr. Diego Araya Bruna believed in this dream from the start. They came from Ecuador, the United Kingdom, and Chile, dedicating their experience, time, and reputation to it. They took the stage, taught workshops, and brought with them the trust of the international community. Cristina had the vision, and they helped make it a reality. They made the dream happen.

That's why, in 2027, we announce them first again. They are the friends of the congress, the people with whom M.A.L.E. - Meet the Aesthetic and Longevity Experts has grown from an idea to an event that moves each year to another iconic location in Romania. Together, they cover the fields that matter today in aesthetic medicine: regenerative and anti-aging medicine, facial harmonization, thread lifting, and advanced skin rejuvenation treatments.

The First Speakers of the 2027 Edition

Dr. Cristina Muntean

Aesthetic Doctor · Hyluxmed, Timișoara · Romania

The founder of the congress, the visionary, and the host of each edition. She specializes in minimally invasive procedures, particularly in regenerative and anti-aging medicine, and trichology. She graduated from the "Victor Babeș" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Timișoara and holds a master's degree in Regenerative and Anti-aging Medicine from the University of Verona. She is the vice president of the International Society of Aesthetic Medicine and has spoken at congresses such as IMCAS and I-SWAM.

Dr. Sol Tapia

Aesthetic Doctor · Sol Tapia Clinic, Quito · Ecuador

She is a surgeon and dentist, holds a master's degree in Aesthetic Medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid, and has advanced training in facial harmonization in Brazil and Mexico. She runs her own clinic in Quito and is a certified trainer for Double Fix Pyramid, a thread facial lifting technique she teaches at international congresses like SWAM.

Dr. Anoob Pakkar-Hull

Aesthetic Doctor · Laila Aesthetics · United Kingdom

He is the founder of Laila Aesthetics and the director of the DIAPAM training academy. He holds certification from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM) and has over 25 years of experience as an anesthetist in the British public health system (NHS). He works in clinics in London, Leeds, Kendal, and Grange-over-Sands, focusing on advanced aesthetic treatments and skin rejuvenation, and trains doctors worldwide.

Dr. Diego Araya Bruna

Specialist in Maxillofacial Rehabilitation and Harmonization · Chile

A dentist, graduate of Andrés Bello University, he has dedicated himself to aesthetics and facial harmonization. He is the general director of the Chilean Association of Maxillofacial Aesthetics (SOEMAF) and created the "Técnica Apolo," a hyaluronic acid protocol for full-face harmonization. In 2026, he received the "Best Integrative Medicine" award at the AMWC Awards in Monaco. He works in Viña del Mar and Santiago de Chile.

What's Next

These are just the first speakers of M.A.L.E. - Meet the Aesthetic and Longevity Experts 2027. In the coming weeks, we will announce the other guests, along with the presentation topics and the schedule of practical workshops, which will be held in small groups at private clinics in Constanța.

Registrations are open. Places are limited: 300 in the conference hall and 100 for workshops. For registrations made by December 31, 2026, there is a 20% discount, and for those made by March 30, 2027, a 10% discount.
